Dear Mr. Smith:
It was a pleasure speaking with you this morning about your potential claim against
Chowfa Trading Corporation. After our own investigation, it appears that Chowfa
was originally incorporated in Delaware and has its principal place of business in New
York.
As we discussed, this case might be a qui tam case or a class action suit. As I
