It is found out that the Plaintiff and the Defendant got to know each other by themselves and fell in love with each other in November 1993. They had their marriage registered in September 1994. That’s the second marriage of the Defendant. A baby girl was born to them on July 5 1998 and was named Senila. They were on good terms with each other during their pre-marriage love and initial days after they got married. After the birth of their daughter, they got into conflict with each other due to trivial matters in their family. They became increasingly cold to each other. The Plaintiff began to live at her registered residence in July 2000. They have lived apart until now. The Plaintiff has brought a lawsuit before this Court for divorce from the Defendant.
 
The Defendant agreed to divorce during trial. They have reached agreement about maintenance of daughter, division of property and other matters.
 
Through mediation by this Court during the trial of this case, the parties have voluntarily agreed as follows:
 
1. The Plaintiff and the Defendant voluntarily agree to divorce;
 

2. Their daughter Senila will live together with the Plaintiff, who is willing to bear maintenance fee for Senlina until she reaches the age of 18.
 

3. The personal clothes of the Plaintiff in Suite 302, 34 Zhonghua Road, Shanghai will belong to the Plaintiff. The other joint properties of them in the above suite will belong to the Defendant. Furthermore, properties at their respective residence will belong to them respectively.
 

4. The case acceptance fee is RMB 50 and shall be equally shared by the Plaintiff and the Defendant (The case acceptance fee has been paid off).
 

This Mediation Agreement takes legal effect upon being signed for receipt by the parties.
