In response to your request for verification of employment regarding Ms. Han Juan,
our records indicate that she worked for us from September 2002 to May 2004. She
held the position of senior staff attorney.
Ms. Han was a staff attorney in Zhang, Wang & Lee’s Corporate Department and was
assigned to the Credit Group. Since joining Zhang, Wang & Lee in 2002, she has
completed a rotation of the Equipment Financing Group, the Mergers and
Acquisitions Group and the Capital Markets Group. The matters she worked on
include GN Great Nordic’s acquisition of Huabei Pharmaceuticals; Deutsche Post’s
acquisition of Tianjin Home Express; the notes offering by Huaneng Energy (the
biggest corporate bond offering of the year); the convertible notes offering by Three
Gorges Cruises; the proposed initial public offering of IBM PC and its eventual
acquisition by Legend Group; the common stock offering by Yousheng Corporation;
and a number of domestic and cross-border leasing transactions.
