RE: MODEL’S PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE
Dear Sir or Madam:
This law firm represents and is acting on behalf of Ms. Actress Wang. For payment
received in the amount of USD $50,000.00 and other valuable consideration, the
receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, permission is granted to
the above named publisher, for exclusive world rights, including copyright, and use of
any photographs containing Ms. Actress Wang’s image which were taken by Mr.
Photographer, of 111 Market Street, San Francisco, California 50013, the United
States, on November 30, 2004.
In addition, said publisher is further hereby granted all rights for subsidiary use,
promotional use, future revisions, and future editions of the same.
Ms. Actress Wang hereby waives any right to inspect or approve final use of such
photographs and further waives any right to file any legal actions, including libel or
invasion of privacy, based on any use of the photographs under this release.
Ms. Actress Wang is over 21 years old and fully understands the content of this
release.
Permission is hereby granted on November 30, 2004.
