1．Acceptance fee：

    4．Cancellation fees：

    When a hearing date has been fixed I enter it into my diary，together with the appropriate number of additional days for the preparation of my award．If those dates are cancelled at less than_________months’notice，I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of the following proportions of the fees that would have been paid had it proceeded：

    In deciding whether to exercise this right I will have regard(inter alia)to whether I can fill the vacated days with remunerated work，and to whether the arbitration is abandoned or is to continue．

      This fee，if charged，will be payable 10 days after the first of the cancelled days．

    5．Travelling and hotel expenses，and all proper disbursements，will be charged at cost (Air Travel will be _______ class)．
