1.A man may claim that the owns land by inheritance or purchase from some other person.

土地所有權源于占有.
如果一個擅自戰(zhàn)用者被遺棄土地
并連續(xù)不受干涉地占用12年,
原土地所有人的產(chǎn)權將消滅.
