1.An equal has no dominion over another equal.
2.Any law that violates the indefeasible rights of man is essentially unjust and tyrannical.
3.Citizens shall the right of inheritance under the law.
4.Each man has his own right proper to him and he is forbidden to violate the rights of others.
5.Everyone has right to freedom of expression.
6.Everyone is equal before the law.
7.Everyone's right to life shall be protected by law.
8.First in time,first in right.
9.He has no authorization to act on our behalf.
10.He has a legitimate claim to the property.
11.No remedies no rights.
12.No rights can rest on one person without a corresponding duty resting on some other person or persons.
13.No rights pass without physical delivery.
14.The transfer of a right requires the will of the recipient as well as of the transferee.
15.The very essence of civil liberty consists in the right of every individual to claim the protection of the laws whenever he suffers an injury.
16、The violation of such an interest is a legal wrong and gives rise to a legal right.
17.This right does not obtain in judicial proceedings.
18.There are certain rights,sometimes called imperfect rights,which the law recognizes but will not enforce directly.
19.Liberty is the right to do whatever the laws permit.

action or forbearance by another.

凡違犯罪基本人權(quán)的法律都是無理和專制的。
公民依法享有財(cái)產(chǎn)繼承權(quán)。
每個人都有自固有的權(quán)利,任何人不得侵犯他人的權(quán)利.
每個人都享有言論自由。
法律面前人人平等。
每個人的生命權(quán)利都應(yīng)受法律保護(hù)。
先在權(quán)利優(yōu)先。
他沒有代表我們做事的授權(quán)。
他是此財(cái)產(chǎn)的合法主張人。
無救濟(jì)無權(quán)利。
沒有無義務(wù)的權(quán)利。
無實(shí)物交付便無權(quán)利轉(zhuǎn)移。
權(quán)利的轉(zhuǎn)讓既要求有接受者的意志,
也要求有轉(zhuǎn)讓者的意志.
公民自由的精髓在于一旦受到傷害,
每個公民都有請求法律保護(hù)的權(quán)利.
侵犯此種權(quán)益就是違法過錯并導(dǎo)致法律權(quán)利的產(chǎn)生.
該權(quán)利無法通過司法程序得到。
某些權(quán)利有時被稱為不完全權(quán)利,
它們?yōu)榉伤J(rèn)可但卻不能直接予以執(zhí)行.
自由是指在法律范圍內(nèi)行為的權(quán)利。
權(quán)利是一種可要求他人履行.
作為或不作為的可予以強(qiáng)制執(zhí)行的主張.
