Order No. 45 of the President of the People's Republic of China
The Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Amending the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Coal Industry", adopted at the 20th Session of the Standing Committee of the 11th National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China on April 22, 2011, is hereby promulgated and shall become effective as of July 1, 2011.

《全國(guó)人民代表大會(huì)常務(wù)委員會(huì)關(guān)于修改＜中華人民共和國(guó)煤炭法＞的決定》已由中華人民共和國(guó)第十一屆全國(guó)人民代表大會(huì)常務(wù)委員會(huì)第二十次會(huì)議于2011年4月22日通過，現(xiàn)予公布，自2011年7月1日起施行。

Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Amending the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Coal Industry"
Adopted at the 20th Session of the Standing Committee of the 11th National People's Congress on April 22, 2011
The 20th Session of the Standing Committee of the 11th National People's Congress decided to amend the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Coal Industry as follows:
第十一屆全國(guó)人民代表大會(huì)常務(wù)委員會(huì)第二十次會(huì)議決定對(duì)《中華人民共和國(guó)煤炭法》作如下修改：
Article 44 shall be amended to read: "coal mining enterprises shall pay the work-related injury premium in connection with the work-related injury insurance for the workers in accordance with the law. Enterprises are encouraged to purchase accidental injury insurance for the miners working in underground coal mines and pay the premium."
The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Coal Industry shall be re-promulgated after the amendments are made according to this Decision.
《中華人民共和國(guó)煤炭法》根據(jù)本決定作相應(yīng)修改,重新公布。
