仲裁協(xié)定一般都含在經(jīng)貿(mào)合同中，作為與合同其他條款分離，獨立存在的一個或數(shù)個條款，如：

    12. Any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be determined by the arbitration of

    凡因本合同而產(chǎn)生或與本合同有關(guān)的一切爭議或分歧，均應提交

     a single arbitrator who failing agreement shall be appointed by the President or a Vice-President of the ( Chartered Institution of Arbitrators)

    由一名仲裁員獨任審理，如當事雙方就仲裁員的指定不能達成協(xié)議，其應由(專門的仲裁機構(gòu))主席或副主席予以指定。

    或

    One arbitrator to be appointed by each party together (if they disagree) with an umpire who failing agreement between such arbitrators shall be appointed by the President of the Chartered Institution of Arbitrators) on the application of either party.

    由雙方當事人各自指定一名仲裁人審理，(如他們不能達成協(xié)議)，則應連同經(jīng)一方當事人提請，由(專門的仲裁機構(gòu))的主席指定的一名首席仲裁人(如兩仲裁人就首席仲裁人的指定意見不一)一起共同裁定。

    One arbitrator to be appointed by each party together ( if they disagree) with a third arbitrator who shall be appointed by such arbitrators or (if they cannot agree upon the appointment) by the President or a Vice - President of the (Chartered Institution of Arbitrators)

    由雙方當事人各自指定一名仲裁員(如他們不能達成協(xié)議)，則應連同由這兩名仲裁員指定的或由(專門的仲裁機構(gòu))的主席或副主席指定的(如兩仲裁人就指定一事達不成協(xié)議)另一名仲裁人一起共同裁定。

    13. The right of appeal conferred by section 1 of the Arbitration Act 1979 and the right to make an application under section 2 thereof are hereby excluded in relation to any arbitration commenced under this agreement or any award made therein.

    根據(jù)本合同規(guī)定所提起的任何仲裁或作出的任何裁定將排除1979年《仲裁法》所規(guī)定的上訴權(quán)和該法第二條所規(guī)定的申請權(quán)。

    14. Where by this clause any dispute or difference is to be referred to arbitration the making of an award shall be a condition precedent to any right of action by either party against the other.

    一旦按本條款之規(guī)定將爭議或分歧提交仲裁，必須待作出裁定后，一方當事人方享有對另一方當事人提起訴訟的權(quán)利。

    15. Any claim for damages for breach of this agreement shall be made in writing and shall be served upon the party against whom the claim is made no more than —— month(s) from the date of the breach and in default any such claim shall be deemed to have been abandoned and shall be absolutely barred.

    任何因違反本協(xié)議而提出的索賠主張均應作成書面，并于違約之日起的(    )月之內(nèi)送達給被主張一方當事人，如不按此規(guī)定辦理，該權(quán)利主張將被視為放棄而遭仲裁委員會完全拒絕。

    16. The arbitration shall be held in (place) and the dispute shall be decided in accordance with ( English ) law.

    仲裁將在×地舉行，爭議將根據(jù)(英)國法予以裁定。

    17. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Rules of the Chartered Institution of Arbitrators.

    仲裁將按專門的仲裁機構(gòu)規(guī)則進行。

    按倫敦法院國際仲裁規(guī)則進行。
