Sales Agreement銷售合同

AGREEMENT, made this _    _(lst, 2nd, etc.) dayof _.  2000, between SELLER Company  ( hereinaftercalled "Seller") , and having an office at           andBUYER of   __ ( hereinafter called “Buyer") ,

賣方公司（以下簡稱賣方）（辦公地址）——一買方（地址）（以下簡稱買方）于2000年——月——日訂立本合同。

1. Seller agrees to sell to Buyer, and Buyer agrees topurchase from Seller, during the delivery period hereinafterprovided, upon the terms and conditions hereinafter stated, thefollowing material or materials :

雙方同意在本合同規(guī)定的交貨期內(nèi)按本合同的條款規(guī)定，由賣方向買方提供下列一種或多種物質商品：（略）

2. The delivery period shall commence onand shall continue until terminated onanniversary thereof, by either party upon at Ieast thirty (30)days prior written notice to the other party.交貨剛朗從——起至——止，或每滿一年后由一方當事人至少在三十(30)天前書面通知另一方當事人所確定的日期為止。As used in this Agreement,  " contract year"  shall mean a

twelve-month period ending on any anniversary thereof.

本合同中的“合同年”是指到一——   止i每年到此時為止的十二個月期限。
