參觀工廠

Brief Introduction

了解對(duì)方客戶的商品生產(chǎn)主體——工廠——是對(duì)外貿(mào)易中必不可少的一環(huán)。工廠的設(shè)備、規(guī)模和工人的素質(zhì)以及決策者的管理能力都決定著以后產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和信譽(yù)。作為索取資料、電話傳真問(wèn)詢、瀏覽網(wǎng)頁(yè)的必要補(bǔ)充步驟，參觀工廠可以讓客戶最直接、最客觀地了解生產(chǎn)方公司，對(duì)日后的貿(mào)易成功意義重大。

A: That’s the warehouse. We keep a stock of the faster moving items so that urgent orders can be met quickly from stock.

B: If I placed an order now, how long would it be before I got delivery?

A: It would largely depend on the size of the order and the items you want.

B: What’s your usual percentage of rejects?

A: About 2% in normal operations.

B: That’s wonderful. Is that where the finished products come off?

A: Yes. Shall we take a break now?
